(WAITERS / SERVICE STAFF)

The Bungalow is looking for well-spoken, genuinely kind individuals to join our front-of-house team.

What We Are Looking For :

• Fluent, natural spoken English
• A genuinely kind, respectful, and guest-focused personality
• Confidence interacting with guests
• Good energy, awareness, and teamwork
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
• Consistency, responsibility, and the ability to work to high standards

Experience in restaurants or hospitality is an advantage, but not essential.

Candidates from customer service, retail, call centre, airline, or other guest-facing roles are encouraged to apply.

Candidates should have completed or be currently pursuing a diploma, higher education, or similar, and be comfortable communicating in English.

Earnings :

During peak season, strong performers typically earn between: LKR 200,000 – 250,000+ (including salary, service charge, and tips)

The Bungalow is a busy, fast-paced standalone restaurant environment with high service standards and strong guest interaction. This role requires energy, urgency, teamwork, emotional awareness, and the ability to perform consistently during demanding service periods.

This is not a slow-paced hotel environment, and the role may not suit candidates looking for a highly structured or low-pressure operational setting.

However, for the right person, it offers excellent earning potential, growth, exposure, and the opportunity to be part of one of the most respected hospitality teams in Galle Fort.
