Junior Executive / Executive - Credit Operations

Colombo 05 / Anuradhapura / Kandy / Minuwangoda / Melsiripura / Mullaitivu / Matara / Narammala

Job Profile

• HighVolume of phone calls will be assigned to contact delinquent customers and / or correspondence.
• Negotiate for repayment deadlines and track the payment and repeated calls if necessary.
• Assisting customers regarding collection issues and resolving client discrepancies.
• Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts.
• Perform other tasks and duties necessary to support the a.ssigned branches.
• Meet defined department goals and activity metrics.

Candidate Profile

• Age between 21 to 28 years.
• Process with G.C.E O/L & G.C.E A/L
• Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays.
• Must have good computer literacy and email.
• Excellent organizational Skills and attention to detail.
• A team player.
• A positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
• Industrial experience in a contact center will be an added advantage.
