WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Support and manage daily restaurant operations efficiently.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain guest satisfaction.
- Assist with operational and administrative coordination.
- Prepare and serve beverages according to quality standards (Barista role).
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
- Carry out electrical and plumbing maintenance work when required.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve operational goals.
- Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and a positive attitude at all times.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Basic knowledge of food safety & quality standard. (HACCP GMP & ISO is an additional qualification).
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in tea or food industry is preferable.
- Basic Computer skills (Ms Office).
- Minimum qualification of A/Ls.
- Good communication skills & ability to coordinate with internal & external service providers.
