SENIOR NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR (NIGHT SHIFT)
We're looking for a Senior Network Administrator (Night Shift) to manage and support IT infrastructure during U.S. business hours. The ideal candidate will have strong system administration and network expertise, ensuring reliable and secure operations in a fast-paced environment.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as a technical expert in system administration for complex operating systems.
- Responsible for installation and configuration of new software and hardware, including servers, network devices, and firewalls.
- Monitor system performance, IT system operations, and storage utilization.
- Plan and implement necessary hardware or software upgrades to support system growth.
- Manage user accounts, assets, and assign/update security permissions in line with security policies.
- Provide support for escalated help desk requests.
- Manage devices on the Legacy Health LLC network through Active Directory and VOIP network applications.
- Lead a team of system administrators and coordinate with different departments.
- Mentor team members and provide user training and guidance.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- BSc in IT / Networking / Computing or equivalent qualification.
- Strong understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory configuration, and management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a System Administrator or in a relevant role.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office 365, SharePoint, Azure, and AWS Cloud platforms.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team.
- Ability to track and follow up on projects in coordination with project teams.
- Open to work according to standard US hours and calendar (7:00 PM - 4:00 AM).
