IT EXECUTIVE
We are seeking a skilled IT Executive to manage and support the IT operations of our two hotels and ongoing real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in networking, CCTV, and system administration, with the ability to handle diverse IT requirements across multiple business units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee IT infrastructure across hotels, project sites, and head office.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, networking systems, and servers.
- Manage backups, IT security, and documentation.
- Ensure smooth operation of CCTV, PABX, and other related systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly for all sites.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely IT support.
- Provide technical solutions to meet operational needs of hotel and real estate projects.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in IT or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years' experience in IT management or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of networking, Windows OS, and server maintenance.
- Hands-on experience with CCTV, PABX, and security systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage IT requirements for multiple locations.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
