Gamini Engineering Works (Private) Limited, a reputed market leader in the manufacture of Tea & Rubber Machinery with over 49 years of experience in the industry, is looking for young, dynamic, and self-motivated individuals who can adapt and perform effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:-
- G.C.E. A/L or equivalent qualification.
- Age below 50 years preferred.
- Computer literacy (MS Office applications).
- Experience in the manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with knowledge of English.
- Minimum 3 – 4 years of relevant work experience preferred.
FINANCE ASSISTANT
- Fully or partly qualified in AAT or equivalent professional qualification.
- Good computer literacy with knowledge of the QuickBooks Accounting Package.
PRODUCTION COORDINATOR/ DATA ENTRY OPERATOR
- Handling and maintaining Purchase Orders (Internal / External).
- Checking inventory records and stock books on a monthly basis.
- Supply chain analysis.
- Data entry related to purchases, stock, and job cards for costing purposes.
- Coordination of vehicle maintenance, inspections, licenses, insurance, renewals, etc.
STORE KEEPER / DATA ENTRY OPERATOR
- Maintaining inventory records of Precision Equipment, Tools, Raw Materials (local and imported), and Semi-Finished Goods.
- Issuing tools, raw materials, and semi-finished goods.
- Daily monitoring and tracking of tools.
- Maintaining and updating Stock Card systems upon issue and receipt of goods.
- Confirming receipt of local and imported goods through Goods Receiving Notes (GRN) and maintaining records.
- Maintaining minimum re-order levels for raw materials.
- Planning imported item orders at least 04 months in advance to avoid shortages.
- Conducting periodic inventories of tools and equipment.
