Operations Team Member & Operations Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Seeduwa for Operations Team Members and Operations Executives. The role involves overseeing daily courier operational tasks, monitoring and optimizing workflows within logistics and transportation processes, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Responsibilities also include coordinating with internal teams and clients, managing shipments, tracking orders, and maintaining adherence to company policies and service standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Having good computer literacy.
• Good communication skills in English and Sinhala.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar job role.
• Good analytical skills to assess and improve operational workflows and solve problems efficiently.
• Attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and proficiency in relevant tools/software.
• Prior experience in the logistics and transportation industry is advantageous.
• Preference will be given to the candidates who are living around Seeduwa area.
• Salary range: 50,000 to 100,000 (depending on the candidate’s profile and the role he is going to perform).
