CAREER OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for enthusiastic team player with great attitude for the following position, to be responsible in promoting the hotel and delivering excellent guest experience.
Location : Coral rock by Bansei Hikkaduwa.
Post : Store Keeper cum Purchasing Officer
Key Responsibilities
- 01. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper documentation of all stock movements.
- 02. Seeking reliable vendors or suppliers to provide quality goods at reasonable prices.
- 03. Continuously comparison vendors to make sure the Hotel gets the best possible prices on needed supplies.
- 04. Coordinate with Kitchen, Food & Beverage and Other departments to ensure accurate stock data and documentation.
- 05. Report any discrepancies, shortages or incidents immediately.
Experience and Qualifications
- 01. Male candidate preferred.
- 02. Minimum 2 years of experience in storekeeping and Purchasing operations.
- 03. Physically fit and able to handle day-to-day store operations.
- 04. Basic IT Knowledge (MS Office, inventory systems/ERP).
