SENIOR EXECUTIVE – SYSTEMS & INFRASTRUCTURE – GALAGEDARA
We are looking for a dynamic individual with a passion to pursue a career in Systems & Infrastructure. The ideal candidate should be an energetic team player with excellent communication, a proactive attitude, ability to be self-motivated and work independently to achieve defined business KPIs.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform installation and configuration of IT equipment which will support the work of end users
- Monitoring system performance and troubleshoot issues keeping outages to a minimum
- Manage, Support and troubleshoot all IT products according to user requirements
- Maintain optimal level of customer satisfaction and identify all user issues and recommend appropriate resolution for same
- Provide product support to all systems and manage all requests for systems and assist to resolve all issues
- Provide User Training for end users
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in system administration and IT infrastructure
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Sound knowledge about Microsoft SQL Server
- Backup/Recovery expertise
- Good communication and problem-solving issues
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced operational environment
