The right candidate should have following credentials :

• Diploma / HND / Degree in Human Resource Management or related field

• Minimum 1 year of HR experience preferred

• Strong filing and documentation handling skills
n
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
n
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
n
• Computer literacy in MS Office packages
