ASSISTANT MANAGER - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional with an Electrical Engineering background and marketing expertise to drive business growth, build lasting client relationships and expand our market presence in the industrial electrical solutions industry.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BSc/BEng in Electrical Engineering (Essential).
  • Professional qualification in Sales & Marketing, Business Management, or related field (Preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience, with at least 2 years experience in similar capacity.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to identify new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term clients.
  • Knowledge of industrial electrical products, systems and solutions will be an advantage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver technical-commercial proposals and presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to drive business growth.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business objectives.
