WE ARE HIRING! - QA & QC Engineer

We are a leading Electrical Engineering organization operating at the level of CIDA EM-1 and certified in ISO 9001:2015 QMS System, operating in Sri Lanka and Overseas.

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented individuals to join our team.

The role of QA/QC Engineer encompasses the leadership and management of all Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities within complex infrastructure projects. This position demands technical expertise in MEP works, ensuring compliance with the Project Quality Plan and international standards while coordinating with various stakeholders. Strong leadership and a commitment to quality improvement are essential for success in this role.

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational - NDT, HNDE, NDES in Electrical or MEP
• Experience - 4+ Years of QA QC experience

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Set work methods: establish the method statements for carrying out different categories of work.
• Conduct audits against the laid down work methods. Assess the quality of the jobs done.
• Technical assessments on the material submission against the specifications given by the Officer of each project.
• A complete mapping of Initial scope, BOQ, Approved Scope, shop drawings, actual scope, work completed/ omitted.
