ASSISTANT KEY ACCOUNTS MANAGER
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and drive annual contract renewals while maintaining high client retention rates
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal operational teams
- Resolve client issues promptly and ensure exceptional service delivery
- Maintain accurate contract tracking and renewal management systems
- Provide regular performance reports and strategic insights
- Mentor and support team members to drive collaborative success
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in account management, renewals, or client retention roles, preferably in the advertising or media industry
- Proven experience in managing large revenue portfolios and achieving high retention rates
- Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Excel, and reporting tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
