Account Executive (with Night Auditing Skills) (Hospitality Industry)
KYNROCK Kataragama looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Executive with strong night auditing experience to join our growing hospitality team.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance
- Night auditing experience in a hotel is essential
- Must be male (due to night shift operational requirements)
- Previous hospitality industry experience is a strong advantage
- Strong knowledge of book-keeping, reconciliations, and daily revenue auditing
- Ability to handle guest billing, room revenue checks, and night audit procedures
- Proficiency in MS Excel & hotel PMS systems (POS/Front Office systems)
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily night audit and ensure accuracy of revenue reports
- Maintain proper book-keeping and accounting entries
- Assist with accounts receivable/payable, cash flow, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare daily revenue summaries and financial reports
- Support the finance team with month-end closing
- Ensure compliance with hotel finance policies and audit standards
