We offer MintHRM, a cloud-based Human Resource Management Solution, serving over 250 corporate clients locally and internationally. Our team comprises skilled development and HR experts dedicated to creating cutting-edge solutions.

The Role

MintHRM is seeking a Technical Support Executive to bridge the gap between our cloud software, physical biometric hardware, and customer success. This role owns the critical "last mile" of implementation, ensuring seamless real-time data sync while maintaining clear communication channels with both clients and internal Account Managers to protect and grow business relationships.

Core Responsibilities

Technical Integration & Networking

  • Hardware Deployment: Lead end-to-end setup and configuration of major attendance hardware models in the local market, with expert proficiency in ZKTeco (ZKT) systems.
  • SDK Management: Configure and troubleshoot attendance machine SDKs and protocols to guarantee stable, real-time data flow to MintHRM cloud APIs.
  • Network Coordination: Partner with client IT teams to handle firewall settings, port forwarding, and static IP routing.

Customer Support & Account Coordination

  • Tier 2 Client Support: Act as the technical face of MintHRM, resolving complex synchronization or device issues and translating technical jargon into clear, reassuring language for HR users.
  • Account Team Sync: Maintain a tight, proactive feedback loop with MintHRM Account Managers (AMs) regarding client roadblocks, timelines, and satisfaction levels.

Requirements

  • Domain Experience: Proven hands-on experience installing and configuring ZKTeco and standard biometric/face recognition hardware.
  • SDK & Networking Skills: Functional understanding of attendance machine SDK communication (e.g., Push SDK/ADMS) alongside solid TCP/IP, DNS, and firewall routing knowledge.
  • Relationship & Communication Skills: Strong cross-functional coordination skills with internal commercial teams, combined with an empathetic, client-first approach to troubleshooting.
