Office Assistant – Mail Management (6 Months Contract)

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail focused Office Assistant – Mail Management to support daily mailroom operations, document handling, mail distribution, and system record maintenance. This role is for someone responsible, punctual, and accurate with the ability to manage high volume mail handling while maintaining confidentiality and efficiency.

The selected candidates will be responsible for:

  • Collect and receive daily incoming mails in an organized and timely manner
  • Handle approximately 80 to 100 mails per day with accuracy
  • Check, record, and route all received mails correctly
  • Sort incoming mails according to department, urgency, and document type
  • Identify critical communications such as TRC notices, legal letters, and LT documents
  • Dispatch urgent mails to the correct teams or stakeholders immediately
  • Manage inter office mail distribution when required
  • Update all received mails in the system for record purposes

Required qualifications and skills:

  • Previous experience in office assistance, mailroom operations, document handling, or administration will be an advantage
  • Ability to handle high volume daily mail with accuracy
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to update system records
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Reliable, punctual, responsible, and able to work with minimum supervision
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling official documents
