RECEPTIONIST / TELEPHONE OPERATOR

We are looking for a well-organized and customer-focused Receptionist to manage front office operations in our pharmaceutical business. The selected candidate will serve as the first point of contact for all visitors and callers, while also supporting administrative functions to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations. The role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and a welcoming demeanor, contributing positively to the overall corporate image of the company.

Personal Profile

• Diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Prior experience (minimum 2 years) in a similar role, preferably in a pharmaceutical or healthcare-related organization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and is comfortable in handling basic office equipment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
• A team player who demonstrates a proactive and customer-service-oriented approach at all times.
