Head Of Sales

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales to promote our products and services while driving business growth through strategic customer engagement. Responsible for leading and overseeing the sales divisions to meet revenue targets, grow market share, and drive sustainable business growth. This role requires strategic planning aligned with company objectives and executive directives, effective team leadership, performance management, and in-depth analysis of sales trends to inform decision-making and optimize results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement strategic sales initiatives aligned with the company's corporate objectives and revenue targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market presence.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate diverse sales teams to achieve exceptional performance.
  • Establish and nurture professional relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize sales performance and market penetration.
  • Coordinate cross – departmental initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide regular updates to the management on sales performance and emerging market trends.

Qualifications

  • A degree in Business Administration, Sales Management, or a relevant field.
  • Minimum 05 years of proven sales leadership experience.
  • Exceptional strategic planning and implementation abilities.
  • Demonstrate success in driving revenue growth.
  • Superior relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional communicator and collaborative team player with proven leadership capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability in people management and team development.
  • Age below 40 years.
