LEGAL INTERNSHIP

LEGAL INTERNSHIP
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong interest in corporate, regulatory, and commercial law.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct legal research on statutes and regulations.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, legal correspondence and basic corporate documents.
- Support due diligence exercises by reviewing documents.
- Assist in summarising findings and identifying potential legal risks.
- Assist with regulatory and compliance tasks, including preparation of filings and maintenance of statutory records.
- Proofread and format legal documents to ensure accuracy, consistency and proper structure.
REQUIREMENTS
- Undergraduate or Final year in LL.B.
- Final-year law students may also apply.
- Strong drafting, analytical and research skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
