Graduate Engineer (MEP) — Qualifications & Experience
- Recognized degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Great interpersonal skills.
- Must be an Associate Member in IESL.
Senior MEP Engineer — Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in MEP project management, with a focus on site work.
- Must be an Associate Member in IESL.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and local building regulations.
- Oversee the on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD software.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Manage MEP documentation, including drawings, submittals, and material approvals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing challenges on-site.
