Retail Coordinator

We are looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and highly organised individual to manage stock coordination, outlet verification, supplier orders, and payment follow-ups for our island-wide retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outlet Verification
    Call retail outlets regularly to verify inventory levels, monitor current stock status, and update daily records.
  • Supplier Ordering
    Place accurate orders with established suppliers over the phone based on outlet requirements.
  • Payment Coordination
    Coordinate supplier payments, track invoices, and follow up on payment-related matters.
  • Daily Reporting
    Maintain accurate records and report any stock, order, or payment discrepancies to management.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
  • Strong numerical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Dependable, honest, and capable of working independently.
  • Basic computer literacy, especially Excel and WhatsApp.
  • Qualifications in Maths or Commerce Stream will be an added advantage.
  • Previous experience in stock control, retail coordination, or supplier handling is preferred.
