SENIOR EXECUTIVE – OPERATIONS (VIETNAM)

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage daily production activities to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Coordinate raw material inflow, production processes, finished goods dispatch, and inventory control.
- Assist in maintaining FSSC 22000, Organic, Halal, and other certification compliance requirements.
- Oversee preparation and maintenance of production and operational documentation.
- Liaise with logistics partners for export documentation, shipment coordination, and timely dispatch.
- Prepare periodic operational and performance reports for management review and decision-making.
- Facilitate cross-departmental communication to ensure smooth operational continuity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Accounting/Finance, Export Operations, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, production, supply chain, or manufacturing environments.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail, particularly in documentation and compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Demonstrated problem-solving capability with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Candidate should be willing to reside in Vietnam.
