Executive - Design

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented professional to support the development of innovative tile designs and product concepts.

Reporting to the HOD - Design, the selected candidate will be responsible for developing tile designs, concepts, and prototypes while collaborating with production and marketing teams to meet market requirements.

This role requires creativity, strong design skills, and the ability to deliver practical, high-quality designs suitable for manufacturing.

Job Responsibilities

• Design innovative and aesthetically pleasing tile patterns, colours and textures.
• Collaborate with production and marketing teams to develop product lines that meet market demands.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.
• Prepare sketches, 3D models and prototypes for review and approval.
• Ensure designs are practical for mass production while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Stay up to date with industry developments and design technology to maintain competitive edge.

Candidate Profile

• University degree, Diploma or an equivalent qualification in Graphic Designing.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Graphic Designer. (Candidates with lesser experience can be considered as Trainee Designer.)
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Previous work experience with X-Rite or other colour management systems would be an added advantage.
