HR Executive
Looking out for a dynamic individual to join our team of HR!
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes
- Manage employee attendance and coordinate system-related issues
- Develop and maintain employee JDs and KPIs
- Handle EPF/ETF, APIT, payroll support, and statutory compliance matters
- Coordinate training programs and maintain training records
- Organise employee engagement activities, welfare programs, and company events
Additional Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or a professional HR qualification such as PQHRM/CQHRM
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR operations/payroll management
- Experience in payroll and attendance management systems preferred
- Good knowledge of employment laws and statutory compliance.
