HR Executive

Looking out for a dynamic individual to join our team of HR!

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes
  • Manage employee attendance and coordinate system-related issues
  • Develop and maintain employee JDs and KPIs
  • Handle EPF/ETF, APIT, payroll support, and statutory compliance matters
  • Coordinate training programs and maintain training records
  • Organise employee engagement activities, welfare programs, and company events

Additional Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or a professional HR qualification such as PQHRM/CQHRM
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR operations/payroll management
  • Experience in payroll and attendance management systems preferred
  • Good knowledge of employment laws and statutory compliance.
