Executive – Inventory
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as an Executive – Inventory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory operations efficiently and ensuring accuracy in stock control.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
- Monitor stock movement and update inventory systems regularly
- Conduct periodic stock counts and audits
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams
- Ensure proper storage and handling of materials
- Prepare inventory reports for management
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in stock
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in inventory or warehouse management
- Strong knowledge of inventory systems and MS Excel
- Good analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
