As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Workshop Estimator to be part of our next chapter.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify spare parts using technical manuals, catalogs, exploded diagrams, and part books.
- Source spare parts and components for Generators, HVAC Systems, and Industrial Laundry Machinery.
- Coordinate with local and international suppliers to obtain quotations and technical specifications.
- Liaise with technical and service departments to ensure accurate part identification.
- Prepare purchasing documentation and monitor delivery schedules.
- Maintain proper inventory coordination and ERP updates.
Requirements
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Automobile Technology, or Supply Chain Management.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in spare parts handling, procurement, or technical inventory coordination.
- Ability to read technical drawings, catalogs, and engineering manuals.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Fluency in English and excellent attention to detail.
