Business Development Executive / Manager - Corporate

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred for Manager role).
• For BDE: 1-3 years of experience in sales/marketing.
• For Manager: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in business development, sales strategy, or corporate client management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Target-driven, enthusiastic, and adaptable.
• Leadership and team management skills (Manager role).
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
