We Are Hiring
CHARTERED ENGINEER – MEP BUILDING SERVICES
Requirements:
- B.Sc. Engineering Degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience in Building Services Engineering with at least two years’ hands-on experience in two of the following subspecialities (each);
- Electrical systems (Medium voltage)
- Plumbing systems
- Fire detection and protection
- HVAC systems
- Experience in MEP project management.
- Experience in multi-storied building projects is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Manage MEP building services works.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Lead and supervise project staff related to building services works.
MEP ENGINEER
Requirements:
- B.Sc. Engineering Degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience,
- OR
- NDT / NDES qualification with a minimum of 8 years of experience, or equivalent qualifications.
- Specialized in :
- Electrical Engineering
- Machanical Engineering
- Building Services Engineering
- Experience in multi-storied building projects is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise MEP works
- Coordinate with MEP design teams
- Coordinate with the Project Management Department
- Coordinate with clients and MEP subcontractors
