Responsibilities :
- Leading financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to align with business goals.
- Managing risk, capital, and investment portfolios to optimize returns and ensure solvency.
- Ensuring compliance with insurance regulations and standards.
- Collaborating with the executive team to shape business strategy and drive profitability.
- Building and leading a high-performing finance team.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Fully Qualified in CA/CIMA.
- Minimum 10+ years in financial leadership, with significant experience in the insurance or financial services sector.
- Proven track record in strategic financial planning, capital management and regulatory compliance in the insurance industry.
- Strong interpersonal and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and drive results.
