INTERN BUSINESS ANALYST

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements to ensure alignment with client expectations
- Support product ownership activities, including backlog grooming and roadmap planning
- Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for system and process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into functional solutions
- Participate in stakeholder discussions, workshops, and requirement clarification sessions
- Support the preparation and review of functional specifications and test cases
- Assist in validating solutions to ensure they meet business requirements
- Contribute to user training sessions and preparation of user documentation
- Follow Agile/Scrum practices throughout the Software Development Lifecycle
- Act as a communication bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders
Requirements
- Undergraduate or recent graduate in IT, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field
- Basic understanding of software development concepts and business analysis practices
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum) is a plus
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow
