Novateq Engineering Solutions (Pvt) Ltd is a fast-growing company specializing in water treatment, waste management, and sustainable Packaging.

We deliver innovative and eco-friendly solutions to industrial and commercial clients while driving environmental sustainability.

We are looking for dynamic and motivated Management Trainees to join our team and grow with us, gaining hands-on training and exposure across Production, Operations, Export & Import, Business Development and Marketing functions within the Novateq Group.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Undergraduate or recent graduate in Marketing, Business Management, Administration, Physical Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment.
• Male candidates are preferred.
