AUTOMOBILE SUPERVISOR
(AMBEWELA & PATTIPOLA)
We are looking for a young, energetic, and motivated individual to join our Engineering Team. The selected candidate will serve as an Automobile Supervisor and will be responsible for supervising and coordinating breakdown, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities related to vehicles, machinery, and farm equipment to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient operations across the dairy farms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain dairy farm vehicles and equipment.
- Carry out preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize operational downtime.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and promptly report technical issues to the Engineering Assistant.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety procedures, company policies, and maintenance standards.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Certificate in Automobile Engineering.
- A minimum of three years' experience in auto electrical maintenance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge in auto electrical control systems will be considered an added advantage.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
