SALES/ADMINISTRATION COORDINATOR

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support the Sales & Service teams in achieving their targets and day-to-day operations.
• Assist in organizing promotional campaigns, dealer meetings, and company events.
• Ensure proper documentation, order processing, and after-sales support.
• Handle RMV documentation and coordinate with leasing companies.
• Prepare and manage Sales & Service team expenses, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.

Requirements:

• Minimum G.C.E. A/L qualification or part professional qualifications in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 3 years of overall experience in Sales Administration or a similar role, with 1–2 years in the same position.
• Experience in vehicle registration and leasing processes will be an added advantage.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM systems will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Age below 35 years.
