ASSISTANT - SALES & MARKETING

YOUR ROLE WILL INVOLVE
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital, print, and events.
- Reach out to pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, labs, and institutes to meet sales targets.
- Coordinate client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with the sales team.
- Work closely with marketing and technical teams to develop promotional content and materials.
- Ensure smooth coordination with logistics for timely service delivery.
- Monitor and maintain agreements related to waste disposal services.
- Support in preparing reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Prior internship or 1 year of experience in marketing or coordination roles is preferred.
- Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Possession of a valid driving license.
