EXECUTIVE DIGITAL ANALYST
The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting detailed business analysis to support the identification, documentation, and continuous improvement of business processes across the organization. This includes analyzing existing workflows and systems to identify opportunities for enhanced efficiency, recommending process improvements to strengthen operational effectiveness and minimize process inefficiencies, and supporting the effective execution of process improvement initiatives.
PERSONAL PROFILE
- A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
- 2-3 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or transformation-related roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma would be an added advantage
- Familiarity with tools such as Excel, SQL, ClickUp, or Miro is desirable
- Project coordination experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
