Requirements
n
n- Preference to be given to a Maldivian nationality.
n- Degree in HR or Business Administration, with relevant certifications preferred
n- 2+ years of HR experience in a managerial role
n- Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR policies and compliance requirements
n- Experience in recruitment, employee relations and performance management
n- High integrity, strong sense of confidentiality and ability to support business goals through effective HR strategy
