STRUCTURAL CAD / BIM DRAUGHTSMAN
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Structural CAD / BIM Draughtsman to join our Design Department. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing structural drawings, BIM models, and coordinating with design engineers to deliver accurate and timely project documentation for building and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare structural general arrangement, reinforcement, and detailing drawings using AutoCAD / Revit
- Develop and maintain BIM models in coordination with the design team
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, standards, and design requirements
- Coordinate with structural engineers and other disciplines for drawing updates and revisions
- Maintain drawing registers and ensure proper document control
Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma / Certificate in Draftsmanship, CAD, BIM, or related field
- Minimum 2-5 years' experience in structural drafting
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory) and Revit / BIM software (preferred)
- Good understanding of structural drawings and detailing practices
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Preferred (Added Advantages):
- Experience in high-rise building projects
- Knowledge of reinforcement detailing standards
- Exposure to multi-disciplinary BIM coordination
