Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations activities.
- Administer attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and statutory compliance (EPF/ETF).
- Prepare HR policies, letters, reports, and employment-related documentation.
- Handle disciplinary matters and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Coordinate training, performance management, and employee engagement programs.
- Maintain HR records and provide guidance to employees and department heads on HR matters.
Candidate Profile
The right candidate will be a young, self-motivated individual and will possess the following:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management / Business Administration or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in HR or a similar role (preferably in manufacturing or garment industry).
- Good knowledge of labor laws and statutory requirements (EPF/ETF).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in recruitment, payroll support, and employee relations.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
