Trainee Accounts Assistant
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented fresher to support our Finance and Administration operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to accounting processes in the automotive industry, guided by our Senior Accounts Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounting tasks including SRN/GRN preparation, invoice checking, and payment processing.
- Handle customer payments, issue receipts, and coordinate vehicle releases.
- Manage bank deposits, petty cash, and voucher preparation.
- Support monthly tasks such as sales income reporting, incentive entries, and payroll coordination.
- Liaise with insurance companies, suppliers, and customers to resolve payment and documentation matters.
- Provide administrative support including attendance reporting, stationery distribution, and document filing.
- Contribute to annual audit preparation and finance issue resolution.
Candidate Profile
- Completed AAT Level II.
- Strong computer literacy (Excel and accounting systems).
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Passionate about building a career in the automotive industry.
