RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE

REQUIREMENTS

• Good command of spoken and written English
• 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or F&B industry
• Friendly, presentable, and customer-focused personality
• Interest in gourmet or specialty food products will be an added advantage
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use POS systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide friendly customer service and assist customers with product recommendations
• Handle billing, cash/card payments, and promote seasonal products
• Maintain attractive product displays and store presentation standards
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper organization of the retail shop
• Support daily retail operations and stock arrangement
