OPERATIONS MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee order fulfillment, dispatch schedules, and logistics operations
• Manage retail operations and shop teams across Nugegoda, Ahangama, and Kabalana
• Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory control procedures
• Ensure visual merchandising and store standards align with the brand image
• Develop and improve SOPs for dispatch, returns, and inter-branch stock transfers
• Coordinate smooth operations between the head office and Southern retail locations

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of experience in Operations, Logistics, or Retail Management
• Strong knowledge of logistics and delivery operations within Sri Lanka
• Experience managing teams across multiple locations
• Good leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills
• Experience in supermarket, retail, or food distribution operations will be an added advantage
• Degree or professional qualification in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred
