Online Sales Coordinator
JOB PROFILE
- Answer customer messages on WhatsApp, email, and live chat. Send price quotes, follow up on potential buyers, and help recover uncompleted orders.
- Confirm website orders, check stock levels with the warehouse, and verify payments with the finance team.
- Arrange package dispatches with courier partners (like PickMe Flash) or branch pickups, track shipments, and resolve delivery issues.
- Upload products and handle seasonal promotions on third party marketplace platforms.
- Handle customer requests for returns or replacements, and coordinate with the service team for warranty and repair issues.
- Keep accurate daily logs of all orders, payments, and messages to create weekly and monthly progress reports for management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- A Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (equivalent practical experience will also be considered).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Sinhala.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, email communication, and WhatsApp Business.
- High attention to detail with the ability to multi-task under structured reporting formats.
- A natural customer-service orientation and a positive attitude.
