BRANCH MANAGER – CHILAW BRANCH

JOB PROFILE
- Sustain branch profitability and growth by achieving individual and branch team targets on Fixed Deposits, Leasing, and Loans.
- Identify potential customers and enhance the quality of the client portfolio by maintaining strong and healthy relationships.
- Recommend facilities while ensuring the required credit and documentation standards of the company.
- Handle all operational and administrative activities of the branch and comply with the regulatory framework.
- Manage the branch while ensuring the development of team performance.
- Ensure prompt recovery of the branch portfolio to maintain credit quality.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 05 years of experience as a Branch Manager with a proven track record in managing a branch and its business.
- Resilient leadership skills to lead and achieve overall business targets, including the capture of new businesses.
- Academic/Professional exposure in the field of Marketing, Banking & Finance from a recognized institution.
- High level of computer literacy.
