SPECIALIST – SERVICE QUALITY
Are you passionate about service excellence and process improvement? Join our Service Quality team and play a key role in optimizing processes, systems, and service delivery across the organization. (1-year Renewable contract)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage Global Profile Administration (GPA) and user access
- Drive process design, documentation, and improvements
- Monitor KPIs and implement quality enhancements
- Support customer implementations, UAT, and training
- Facilitate change for new processes and applications
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Power Automate, and Power BI
