STUDENT ENROLMENT EXECUTIVE
We Are Seeking Motivated And Enthusiastic Student Enrolment Executives To Join Our Team, Specializing In Recruiting Students For Overseas Qualifications (UK/Australia/Malaysia)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct regular follow-ups and convert prospective students into enrolments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales reports.
- Represent the organization at exhibitions, schools, and other promotional events creating brand visibility.
- Plan and organise events aimed at increasing potential leads.
- Advise students on admission requirements, Scholarships and visa processes.
- Maintain a proactive and professional approach in guiding prospective students through the enrollment journey.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A professional qualification in Marketing or a related field from a recognised university or institution.
- Prior experience in Australian education or student recruitment will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a self-motivated, target-driven mindset.
- Track and report on recruitment progress and student applications to senior management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM tools.
