Customer Complaint Resolution Executive

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Receive, investigate and resolve customer complaints related to vehicle services.
  • Use strong technical knowledge of automobile mechanisms to identify issues accurately.
  • Communicate with customers clearly, understand their concerns and provide suitable solutions.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments for quick and effective resolution.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records of complaints and resolutions.
  • Suggest improvements to enhance service quality and customer experience.

REQUIRED SKILLS
