Customer Complaint Resolution Executive
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive, investigate and resolve customer complaints related to vehicle services.
- Use strong technical knowledge of automobile mechanisms to identify issues accurately.
- Communicate with customers clearly, understand their concerns and provide suitable solutions.
- Coordinate with relevant departments for quick and effective resolution.
- Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of complaints and resolutions.
- Suggest improvements to enhance service quality and customer experience.

REQUIRED SKILLS
