Serendipol Pvt Ltd, a fast-growing BOI company headquartered in Kuliyapitiya, Sri Lanka's largest exporter of virgin coconut oil (VCO). We are the world's first Regenerative Organic Certified (ROC) coconut brand and the leading producer of Fair-Trade certified, organic virgin coconut oil (VCO), coconut cream, coconut milk, dessicated coconut, coconut chips, UHT coconut milk and other regenerative coconut products. Currently, we are undergoing rapid expansion to meet the growing demand for our products.

Executive Quality Assurance - Male
Key Activities
- Ensure day-to-day Quality Assurance activities related to productions and other operations.
- Ensure strict compliance with GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, BRCGS, FDA, food safety, regulatory, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate closely with Maintenance, Engineering, Stores, Procurement, and HR to ensure smooth QA operations.
- Maintain accurate QA reporting, QA records, and Food safety and other audit readiness.
- Conduct necessary training and development programs while ensuring strong food safety standards.
- Approve packing materials and maintain process norms.
- Coordinate calibration activities and quality audits to meet deadlines.
- Maintain consistent.
Qualifications and Attributes
- B Sc. Degree in Food Science & Technology/Microbiology or equivalent professional qualification and Minimum 03 years' experience in coconut industry with the knowledge of virgin coconut oil, UHT, coconut milk, canning, dessicated coconut and related products
- Males aged below 35 years, prepared to work long hours and under pressure
