The Job:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and drive HR operations for our intimate apparel manufacturing business.
Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention initiatives.
- Manage employee relations and engagement programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Drive performance management and training activities.
- Support workforce planning and organizational development.
Qualifications:
- Degree and professional qualification in Human Resources.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with experience in the intimate apparel/lingerie manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
