MANAGEMENT TRAINEE

(MANUFACTURING EXCELLENCE)

Our Management Trainee – Manufacturing Excellence Program develops future manufacturing leaders through hands-on exposure across operations, while equipping trainees with Industry 4.0 and AI tools to drive continuous improvement and transformation.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Production Operations & Planning
• Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement
• Quality Assurance & Process Improvement
• Supply Chain, Warehouse & Logistics Operations
• Digital Manufacturing & Smart Factory Technologies

YOU SHOULD:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Engineering Technology, Supply Chain & Operations Management, or a related discipline.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Passion for manufacturing and innovation
• Interest in AI, automation, and digital transformation
• Good communication, leadership, and Microsoft Office skills.

CAREER PROGRESSION:

At the end of the program, trainees will be evaluated on technical skills, leadership, project delivery, innovation, and overall performance. Successful candidates will be offered placement in a managerial role within the Manufacturing Organization.
