RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities
- Develop and execute sales and demand-generation strategies for growth
- Optimize supply chain operations and monitor performance metrics
- Identify skill gaps and deliver training to enhance team capabilities
- Build relationships with drivers, partners, and cross-functional teams
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Transport and Logistics, Business Management, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a business development or related role
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance monitoring
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment
- Candidates residing in or around Gampaha District are encouraged to apply
